LEAD GENERATION
Pre-Match the Pre-Show Attendee List Against HubSpot for Target Routing
Before the conference starts, this workflow takes the registrant export, enriches and matches each attendee against HubSpot.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

- ActionMatch attendees to HubSpot by email and domainHubSpot
- LogicSort into open-opportunity, customer, target, unknown
- ActionWrite prioritized accounts and owners back to AirtableAirtable
- OutputPost per-rep target lists to SlackSlack
What it does
Waiting until badges are scanned is too late. This workflow runs on the pre-show registrant list: it matches every expected attendee against HubSpot, flags open opportunities and existing customers, and hands each rep a prioritized walk-the-floor target list before day one.
When to use it
Run it once the organizer sends the attendee or registrant export, typically a few days before the event. Ideal for teams who want to book booth time, plan dinners, and avoid wasting attention on accounts that aren't a fit.
How it works
- 1A pre-show attendee CSV is uploaded to a watched Airtable table.
- 2Each attendee is matched to HubSpot by email and company domain, pulling open deal stage and owner.
- 3A branch sorts attendees into `open-opportunity`, `customer`, `target-account`, and `unknown`.
- 4Matched accounts are written back to Airtable with priority and the owning rep.
- 5A per-rep target list is posted to each rep's Slack channel with names, companies, and the reason each one matters.
