LEAD GENERATION
Scrape Conference Speaker Roster into Targeted Leads
Scrapes a conference's public agenda or speaker page, extracts every speaker and their company, enriches with intent signals, and creates targeted high-value lead records in Attio.

What it does
Turns a conference's public speaker and session page into a curated lead list. It scrapes the agenda site, pulls out each speaker's name, title, and company, enriches them with recent intent signals, and creates lead records in Attio. Speakers are often decision-makers or influencers, making this a higher-value list than the general attendee roster.
When to use it
Use it before a conference you're attending or sponsoring, when the full attendee list isn't available but the public agenda is. It gives reps a pre-event target list of the people on stage so they can plan booth visits and meeting requests.
How it works
- 1The flow is triggered manually with the conference agenda URL.
- 2A scrape step extracts speaker names, titles, companies, and session topics from the agenda page via Apify.
- 3A web search adds recent intent signals and company context for each speaker via Brave Search.
- 4A logic step dedupes against existing Attio records and flags any that already exist.
- 5New, enriched speaker leads are created in Attio tagged as high-value pre-event targets.
