Weekly audit flagging stale or contradicted FAQ answers

What it does
This workflow keeps your FAQ honest over time. It walks each canonical answer in Coda, compares it against the latest Discord conversations and a quick web sanity check, and marks entries that appear stale, contradicted, or superseded. The result is a prioritized review list instead of a doc that silently rots.
When to use it
Use it when your product or policies change often enough that documented answers drift out of date. It suits maintainers who want a recurring quality pass rather than discovering wrong answers only when a member complains.
How it works
- 1A weekly schedule starts the audit.
- 2The workflow reads all canonical FAQ rows from Coda.
- 3It pulls recent Discord messages that reference each FAQ topic for fresh signal.
- 4A Brave Search step gathers current public information on the same topics.
- 5An OpenAI step judges each answer against the new evidence and assigns a freshness verdict with reasoning.
- 6A logic step keeps only answers flagged stale or contradicted.
- 7The flagged entries are written back to Coda with a review note and status, producing the maintainer's worklist.
