How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerBadge scan received via webhookHTTP webhook
  • ActionSearch Airtable for existing lead by emailAirtableAirtable
  • LogicScore lead Hot/Warm/Cold from title and company size
  • LogicRoute to owner by region, else round-robin
  • OutputUpsert enriched, owned record into AirtableAirtableAirtable

What it does

Turns raw badge scans from your booth lead-retrieval app into clean, owned records in Airtable. Every scan is deduped against existing rows, scored, and assigned to a rep so nobody fights over the same contact.

When to use it

Run this during any trade show or conference where staff scan attendee badges. Use it when you want a single source of truth for booth leads and automatic round-robin or territory-based ownership instead of a messy spreadsheet you clean up afterward.

How it works

  1. 1A webhook receives the badge-scan payload (name, company, email, region, booth station) from your lead-retrieval device.
  2. 2A dedupe check searches Airtable for an existing record by email and merges instead of duplicating.
  3. 3A scoring branch tags the lead Hot, Warm, or Cold from declared title and company size.
  4. 4A routing branch maps the region field to a sales owner, falling back to round-robin when no territory matches.
  5. 5The enriched, scored, owned record is written or updated in Airtable as the final output.
