How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerDaily schedule fires the sequencer
  • ActionRead leads with next-touch date due in AirtableAirtableAirtable
  • LogicSkip leads who already replied; pick sequence step
  • ActionSend the stage-appropriate email via GmailGmailGmail
  • OutputAdvance step and next-touch date in AirtableAirtableAirtable

What it does

Drives a polite, paced follow-up sequence to everyone you scanned at the booth. It sends a thank-you on day one, a value email on day three, and a meeting ask on day seven, skipping anyone who already replied.

When to use it

Use it in the days after a conference when your captured leads are sitting in Airtable going cold. It replaces manual one-by-one outreach and prevents both no follow-up and over-emailing.

How it works

  1. 1A daily schedule trigger fires the sequencer.
  2. 2It reads leads from Airtable whose next-touch date is today or earlier.
  3. 3A branch checks each lead's reply flag and current step, and exits anyone who already responded.
  4. 4It selects the correct template (touch 1 thank-you, touch 2 value, touch 3 meeting ask) for the lead's stage.
  5. 5Gmail sends the personalized email.
  6. 6The Airtable record is updated with the new step number and next-touch date as the output.
