What it does

Builds a targeted prospect list around a specific industry event. Given an event name, it harvests the companies appearing as speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors, qualifies them, and groups them into an event-tagged list in Attio for focused outreach.

When to use it

Use it before or after attending a conference, or to prospect events you are not attending. It captures the exact set of companies that self-selected as active in your space, which converts far better than cold lists.

How it works

  1. 1You submit an event name and year via a webhook or form (the trigger).
  2. 2Brave Search runs queries for that event's speakers, sponsors, and exhibitor pages.
  3. 3OpenAI extracts company names and domains from those pages and scores relevance to your ICP.
  4. 4A filter removes low-relevance and duplicate companies.
  5. 5Attio receives the qualified companies into a new list named for the event, each tagged with its role (speaker, sponsor, exhibitor).
  6. 6A recap with the list link and counts by role is emailed to the organizer via Outlook.
