What it does

This workflow turns a list of niche keywords into a steady stream of net-new accounts. On a schedule it searches Brave for each watchlist term, extracts the company behind each result, filters out anything already in your Airtable base, and writes only the fresh companies into a "Needs Research" queue with the source query and URL attached.

When to use it

Use it when an SDR or growth operator owns a few high-signal keywords (e.g. "HIPAA-compliant patient intake software") and wants a passive way to surface companies entering that space without manually Googling every morning.

How it works

  1. 1A daily schedule fires the run.
  2. 2For each keyword in the watchlist, Brave Search returns organic results.
  3. 3A logic step normalizes each result to a root domain and company name.
  4. 4The flow looks up that domain in Airtable and keeps only domains with no existing record.
  5. 5New companies are inserted into the Airtable research queue, stamped with the keyword that found them and the discovery date.
