LEAD GENERATION
Weekly Brave Discovery Roll-up into BigQuery
Each week runs the full keyword watchlist through Brave Search, deduplicates against the warehouse.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

What it does
This workflow builds a durable, queryable history of category discovery. Weekly it searches every watchlist keyword in Brave, deduplicates candidates against the accounts already in BigQuery, and appends only net-new companies as rows carrying the keyword, rank, discovery week, and source URL, so analysts can chart which niches are heating up over time.
When to use it
Use it when discovery should feed analytics and downstream routing, not just a rep's inbox. The warehouse table becomes the single source of truth for net-new account flow and can power dashboards or scheduled exports into any CRM.
How it works
- 1A weekly schedule starts the run.
- 2Brave Search runs each watchlist keyword, capturing rank and URL.
- 3A logic step normalizes results to domains and queries BigQuery for already-known accounts.
- 4Known domains are filtered out, leaving only net-new companies.
- 5New accounts are appended to the BigQuery discovery table with full metadata.
- 6A Slack message posts the week's net-new count and the top keywords by volume.
