LEAD GENERATION
Score Zoom webinar attendees and promote engaged ones to a Monday nurture board
After a Zoom webinar ends, this scores every registrant on watch time and poll participation.

What it does
When a Zoom webinar wraps, this pulls the full attendance report, computes an engagement score for each registrant, and promotes the genuinely engaged ones into a Monday.com nurture board so sales follows up on warm leads instead of the whole list.
When to use it
Run this when you host recurring webinars and your team wastes time chasing no-shows and tab-leavers. It separates people who actually watched and participated from those who registered and ghosted, so reps only see leads worth a call.
How it works
- 1The Zoom `webinar.ended` event fires the workflow.
- 2An action fetches the attendance report: join/leave times, total watch minutes, and poll answers per participant.
- 3A scoring step weights watch-time percentage, poll responses, and Q&A activity into a 0-100 engagement score.
- 4A filter keeps only attendees scoring at or above the threshold (e.g. 60).
- 5For each qualifier, an action creates a Monday item on the nurture board with name, email, score, and watch percentage prefilled.
- 6The final output posts a Slack summary of how many leads were promoted.
