LEAD GENERATION
Split webinar registrants into no-show win-back and attendee nurture tracks
Compares the Zoom registrant list against actual attendees, then routes no-shows into a win-back email sequence and engaged attendees onto a Monday nurture board.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerZoom webinar endsZoom
- ActionPull registrants and attendanceZoom
- LogicDiff lists, score attendees
- LogicBranch: no-show vs engaged attendee
- ActionSend win-back email to no-showsGmail
- ActionCreate Monday nurture cards for attendeesmonday.com
- OutputPost split summary to SlackSlack
What it does
This closes the loop on a whole webinar audience in one run. It reconciles who registered against who actually showed up, then sends each group down the right path: no-shows get a recording-and-reschedule win-back email, while engaged attendees land on a Monday nurture board for sales.
When to use it
Use it when no-shows are a meaningful slice of your registrations and you want a different motion for them than for live attendees. It prevents the common mistake of either ignoring no-shows entirely or blasting attendees and no-shows with the same generic follow-up.
How it works
- 1The Zoom `webinar.ended` event starts the workflow.
- 2One action pulls the registrant list and another pulls the attendance report.
- 3A logic step diffs the two lists and scores attendees on watch time and polls.
- 4A branch separates no-shows from attendees at or above the engagement threshold.
- 5For no-shows, an action sends a win-back email with the recording link and a reschedule offer.
- 6For engaged attendees, an action creates Monday nurture cards with their scores.
- 7The output posts a split summary (attended vs no-show vs promoted) to Slack.
