LEAD GENERATION
Split webinar attendees from no-shows and send tier-matched follow-up emails
On a schedule after an event, compares registration and attendance lists in Airtable, splits contacts into attended versus no-show.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerScheduled run after event end
- ActionPull registration + attendance lists and join on emailAirtable
- LogicSplit into Attended vs No-show, sub-split by tier
- ActionSelect tier-matched email template per group
- OutputSend follow-ups via Gmail and log status to AirtableGmail
What it does
After a webinar, this workflow reconciles who registered against who actually attended, then sends attendees a high-intent follow-up and no-shows a re-engagement email with the recording, each templated by the contact's nurture tier.
When to use it
Run it the morning after an event when post-webinar follow-up gets dropped or sent as one generic blast. It rewards engaged attendees with stronger CTAs while giving no-shows a reason to come back.
How it works
- 1A scheduled trigger fires a set window after the event ends.
- 2The flow pulls the registration list and the attendance list from Airtable and joins them on email.
- 3A logic step splits contacts into Attended and No-show, then sub-splits each by their existing tier.
- 4Attendees get a next-step email (demo or offer); no-shows get the recording and a softer re-invite.
- 5Gmail sends the tier-matched message per group, and the send status is logged back to each Airtable record.
