LEAD GENERATION
Attendee PDF Roster to Enriched HubSpot Leads with Web Lookup
On upload of an attendee roster PDF, OCRs the names and companies, enriches each prospect with a live web search for role and company details.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerAttendee roster PDF uploaded to Google DriveGoogle Drive
- ActionOCR roster into name + company list with OpenAIOpenAI
- ActionEnrich each prospect via Brave web searchBrave Search
- LogicScore fit and filter out non-target accounts
- OutputCreate or update scored contacts in HubSpotHubSpot
What it does
Takes a raw attendee roster (often a scanned or exported PDF with just names and companies) and turns it into enriched, scored HubSpot leads. It fills the gaps the roster leaves — current title, company size, and a one-line summary — by searching the live web before writing anything to your CRM.
When to use it
Use it when an event organizer hands you a roster that is little more than names and logos, and you need real, actionable lead records. Best for sales teams that score and route leads in HubSpot and want enrichment done up front rather than by a rep.
How it works
- 1An attendee roster PDF is uploaded to the watched Google Drive folder, triggering the run.
- 2OpenAI OCRs the document into a structured list of name plus company pairs.
- 3For each prospect, a Brave web search pulls current title, company details, and a short profile blurb.
- 4A logic step computes a fit score from company size and role keywords and drops obvious non-targets.
- 5Qualifying prospects are created or updated as HubSpot contacts with the enrichment and score attached.
