How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerAttendee CSV uploaded (webhook)HTTP webhook
  • LogicParse and normalize CSV rows
  • LogicDedupe against Airtable lead baseAirtableAirtable
  • ActionDraft personalized intro per new contact
  • ActionCreate Gmail draft per contactGmailGmail
  • OutputReport drafts staged vs duplicates skipped

What it does

Turns a raw attendee export into a ready-to-send outreach queue. It accepts a CSV upload, removes anyone you already have, drafts a tailored intro email referencing the event, and stages each as a Gmail draft so a human approves before sending.

When to use it

Use it after an event hands you a badge-scan or registration CSV and you want personalized first-touch emails without blasting duplicates to existing relationships.

How it works

  1. 1Uploading an attendee CSV triggers the run via webhook.
  2. 2The file is parsed into rows and each is normalized into name, email, company, and title.
  3. 3A dedupe step checks Airtable and drops contacts already in your base, keeping only new people.
  4. 4For each new contact, a drafting step composes a short personalized email referencing the conference and their role.
  5. 5New contacts are recorded in Airtable as queued, then a Gmail draft is created per person.
  6. 6The flow reports how many drafts were staged and how many duplicates were skipped.
