What it does

Turns a messy conference attendee list into an enriched, fit-scored lead pipeline. Every row gets company context, role signals, and an ICP score, then is deduped against your existing Airtable base so reps only see net-new, qualified contacts.

When to use it

Run this the moment the event organizer sends the attendee or registrant export. It is the foundation step before any meeting-request sequence: garbage rows in means wasted sends, so enrich and score first.

How it works

  1. 1The run starts when a new attendee CSV is dropped into the watched Google Drive folder.
  2. 2Each row is parsed and normalized (name, company, title, email).
  3. 3An Exa search pulls recent company news, size, and the attendee's public role to fill enrichment fields.
  4. 4A scoring step rates ICP fit (industry, seniority, company stage) and tags each lead Hot, Warm, or Skip.
  5. 5A dedupe check matches email and company against the existing Airtable base.
  6. 6Net-new, non-Skip leads are written to the Airtable pipeline with all enrichment and score fields populated.
