LEAD GENERATION
Import conference attendee CSV and enrich into a scored Airtable pipeline
Takes a raw conference attendee export, enriches each person and their company with web research, scores fit, and lands a clean, deduped pipeline in Airtable ready for outreach.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerNew attendee CSV added to Drive folderGoogle Drive
- ActionParse and normalize attendee rows
- ActionEnrich company and role via web researchExa
- LogicScore ICP fit and tag Hot/Warm/Skip
- LogicDedupe against existing Airtable baseAirtable
- OutputWrite net-new qualified leads to Airtable pipelineAirtable
What it does
Turns a messy conference attendee list into an enriched, fit-scored lead pipeline. Every row gets company context, role signals, and an ICP score, then is deduped against your existing Airtable base so reps only see net-new, qualified contacts.
When to use it
Run this the moment the event organizer sends the attendee or registrant export. It is the foundation step before any meeting-request sequence: garbage rows in means wasted sends, so enrich and score first.
How it works
- 1The run starts when a new attendee CSV is dropped into the watched Google Drive folder.
- 2Each row is parsed and normalized (name, company, title, email).
- 3An Exa search pulls recent company news, size, and the attendee's public role to fill enrichment fields.
- 4A scoring step rates ICP fit (industry, seniority, company stage) and tags each lead Hot, Warm, or Skip.
- 5A dedupe check matches email and company against the existing Airtable base.
- 6Net-new, non-Skip leads are written to the Airtable pipeline with all enrichment and score fields populated.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.

- 2Connect ExaNeural search across the web.
- 3Connect AirtableBases, tables, views, automations.
- 4Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
More Lead Generation workflows
Manual Brave keyword sweep into an Airtable research board
On demand, sweeps a topic across Brave Search, clusters the results by buying stage with an LLM, and writes a deduplicated research board to Airtable with company, source URL.
Fast-track hot webinar leads into HubSpot and ping the rep on Slack
After a webinar, identify attendees whose poll answers signal high purchase intent, create or update their HubSpot contact with a lead score.
Webhook-triggered Brave rising-keyword check into a Notion trend queue
When an external trend or alert tool fires a webhook with a keyword, checks Brave for current intent volume and freshness, has an LLM judge whether it's a real warm signal.
Fuzzy-match badge companies to Salesforce accounts and enrich
Resolves messy hand-typed company names from badge scans to canonical Salesforce accounts using domain and fuzzy-name matching, enriches missing firmographics.
Daily rollup of scored webinar leads from Airtable into HubSpot lists
On a schedule, read newly scored webinar leads from Airtable, sync each into the matching HubSpot tiered list (Hot/Warm/Cold).
Instantly triage uploaded badge CSVs and notify the SDR lead
Accepts a badge-scan CSV via webhook, validates and dedupes it on the spot, checks each attendee against HubSpot.
