What it does

Converts a list of scanned attendees into a real outreach cadence. For each lead it writes a tailored opener referencing the booth they visited and the notes your rep jotted down, then sends the first email and schedules two follow-ups spaced across the next week — all from your Gmail.

When to use it

Use it 24 hours after a conference ends, once reps have added their conversation notes in Airtable. Ideal when you want personalized follow-up at volume without copy-pasting templates or letting warm leads go cold over the weekend.

How it works

  1. 1A scheduled trigger fires the day after the event window closes.
  2. 2Airtable is queried for leads tagged with the event and a status of "Not contacted."
  3. 3For each lead, an LLM drafts a personalized first-touch email from the rep's notes and product interest.
  4. 4A logic step filters out leads missing a valid email or opted-out flag.
  5. 5Gmail sends the first email immediately and queues two timed follow-ups.
  6. 6Airtable is updated to "Sequence started" with the send timestamp.
