How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerWebhook receives uploaded attendee CSVHTTP webhook
  • ActionEnrich and validate each rowExa
  • LogicSplit into hot and nurture tracks
  • ActionStage both tracks in AirtableAirtableAirtable
  • OutputSend intro email to hot track onlyGmailGmail

What it does

Takes a raw attendee export that someone hands you — a CSV pulled from a badge scanner or event app — and turns it into a structured, enriched pipeline. It validates and enriches every row, then routes contacts into two tracks: hot leads get an immediate intro email, and the rest are staged in Airtable for later nurture.

When to use it

Use it right after an event when a rep walks back with a messy export and no time to clean it. Drop the file in, and the work of enrichment, validation, routing, and the first warm email happens automatically.

How it works

  1. 1A webhook receives the uploaded attendee CSV.
  2. 2Exa enriches each row with title, company, and verified email, validating deliverability.
  3. 3A branch sorts contacts into a hot track (ICP fit plus seniority) and a nurture track.
  4. 4Both tracks are written to Airtable with their track tag and enriched fields.
  5. 5Gmail sends a personalized intro email only to the hot-track contacts as the final step.
