How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • LogicDedupe against existing Airtable rows
  • LogicCompute signal strength from role clusters
  • OutputWrite new signals to Airtable boardAirtableAirtable

What it does

Instead of crawling individual sites, this workflow uses an Apify actor to pull postings from public job boards filtered to companies on your watchlist. Each new opening is normalized, deduplicated, and recorded in an Airtable signal board where your team triages. Signal strength is computed from role type, seniority, and how many related roles the account is hiring at once (a hiring cluster is a stronger signal than one req).

When to use it

Use it when your target accounts post to large job boards rather than only their own sites, or when you want one tidy queue an SDR can work through each morning without touching a CRM.

How it works

  1. 1A nightly schedule triggers the run.
  2. 2An Apify actor scrapes job-board results scoped to your watchlist companies.
  3. 3A logic step dedupes against Airtable so the same req is never logged twice.
  4. 4A second logic step computes signal strength, boosting accounts hiring multiple related roles.
  5. 5New rows are written to the Airtable signal board with role, account, strength, and link, ready for SDR triage.
