LEAD GENERATION
Gated Event Attendee Capture to Attio CRM
Uses a headless browser to log into a gated event platform, capture the attendee directory behind authentication, enrich each profile.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

- OutputPost top-account digest to SlackSlack
What it does
Reaches attendee directories that live behind a login on virtual-event platforms. A headless browser session authenticates, paginates through the directory, and captures each attendee's name, title, and company. Each record is enriched, scored against your ICP, written to Attio, and the top accounts are summarized to your team in Slack.
When to use it
Use it when the attendee list isn't on a public page but inside a gated portal you have legitimate access to (your own event, or a platform where you're a sponsor). It handles the auth and pagination that break simple scrapers.
How it works
- 1You start the run and provide the portal URL and login credentials.
- 2Browserbase logs in and walks the attendee directory, capturing name, title, and company.
- 3Exa enriches each attendee with company size, industry, and email.
- 4An ICP scorer ranks contacts and flags the top-tier accounts.
- 5Qualified contacts and their companies are upserted into Attio.
- 6A Slack message posts a digest of the highest-scoring accounts for the team to claim.
