What it does

Turns raw scans into an actionable follow-up board in Monday. Each new lead becomes a card with company, contact, scan location, and a follow-up due date, assigned to the rep who owns that segment. Leads already on the board are skipped so the pipeline stays clean.

When to use it

Use it when your sales team manages post-event follow-up visually in Monday rather than firing emails directly. Great for SDR pods that want a shared, status-tracked queue of every conference lead with clear ownership and deadlines.

How it works

  1. 1A scheduled poll checks the Airtable scan intake for rows added since the last run.
  2. 2Each new scan row is normalized and matched to a rep by territory or product line.
  3. 3Monday is queried to see if a card already exists for that contact email.
  4. 4A branch skips duplicates and proceeds only with genuinely new leads.
  5. 5A Monday item is created with status "To follow up," a due date, and owner.
  6. 6A digest of new cards posts to the team's Slack channel.
