What it does

This workflow is the CRM-of-record endpoint for your signal pipeline. It takes scored job-posting signals, matches each to the right Salesforce account, logs the signal as an activity, and avoids clutter by skipping signals already open on that account. When fit clears a high bar, it also creates a follow-up task assigned to the account owner so the signal becomes work, not just a log entry.

When to use it

Use it when Salesforce is your single source of truth and reps live in it. It keeps buying signals where pipeline reviews happen and turns the strongest ones into assigned action automatically.

How it works

  1. 1A scheduled run reads the day's scored signals from your harvester store.
  2. 2A Salesforce lookup matches each signal to an existing account.
  3. 3A logic step dedupes against open signal activities on that account.
  4. 4Each surviving signal is written to Salesforce as an activity with score and source link.
  5. 5A logic gate checks the fit score against the high-intent threshold.
  6. 6For high-intent signals, a follow-up task is created in Salesforce for the account owner.
