How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerCoda tracker row updatedCodaCoda
  • LogicFilter: all target locales Ready to Publish
  • ActionRead final localized copy per localeCodaCoda
  • ActionPOST localized payloads to CMS publish webhookHTTP webhook
  • OutputMark Published and post launch summary to SlackSlack

What it does

Fires the final publish step once a piece of copy is fully localized. When all target locales for a Coda row hit Ready to Publish, it sends each localized version to your CMS publish endpoint, flips the row to Published, and posts a Slack summary of what went live and in which languages.

When to use it

Use it when fully translated copy waits on a manual CMS push and a manual launch announcement. This guarantees publish happens only when every locale is complete, and that the team hears about it.

How it works

  1. 1A Coda row updates and the trigger fires.
  2. 2A filter confirms every target locale on the row is Ready to Publish.
  3. 3The flow reads each locale's final copy from the row.
  4. 4It posts each localized payload to the CMS publish webhook and checks the response.
  5. 5On success it sets the row status to Published and posts a Slack launch summary listing the page and shipped locales.
