Monthly Channel-Mix CAC Report to Sheet and Email
On the first of each month, aggregates the prior month's spend and new customers per channel from BigQuery, computes blended and per-channel CAC trends.

What it does
This workflow produces the monthly acquisition-efficiency report leadership expects. It rolls up the prior calendar month of spend and new customers per channel from BigQuery, computes blended CAC plus each channel's CAC and its month-over-month change, appends a dated row to an Airtable history base for trend tracking, and sends a clean summary email to stakeholders.
When to use it
Use it when finance and leadership need a recurring, archived view of acquisition cost by channel rather than ad-hoc pulls. Complements the weekly tactical workflows by maintaining the long-run record.
How it works
A monthly schedule fires on the first. The workflow queries BigQuery for the full prior-month spend and new customers per channel. A logic step computes blended and per-channel CAC and the delta against the previous month it reads back from Airtable. It appends a new dated snapshot row to the Airtable history base, then formats and sends a leadership email summarizing total spend, blended CAC, biggest movers, and the trend direction.
