What it does

Runs once a week, finds the single best new testimonial logged in Airtable over the past seven days, and turns it into a Testimonial of the Week spotlight badge. It generates the graphic and a short caption, then publishes both to your social channels and marks the chosen row as featured so the same quote is never spotlighted twice.

When to use it

Use it to keep a steady drumbeat of social proof without anyone remembering to do it. Perfect for a lean marketing team that wants a recurring, hands-off weekly post celebrating a real customer quote.

How it works

  1. 1Trigger on a weekly schedule (for example Monday morning).
  2. 2Query Airtable for testimonials created in the last 7 days and select the highest-rated, most recent one.
  3. 3If no qualifying testimonial exists, exit quietly without posting.
  4. 4Generate the spotlight badge graphic and a caption from the chosen quote.
  5. 5Post the badge and caption to the configured social platforms.
  6. 6Flag the Airtable row as Featured so it is excluded from future weeks.
