What it does

This workflow keeps a human-friendly campaign scoreboard in Airtable continuously up to date with reconciled numbers. Each night it recomputes spend, matched pipeline, opportunity count, and ROAS per UTM campaign from the warehouse and upserts those metrics into the tracker base, preserving the manual notes and owner fields marketers maintain by hand.

When to use it

Use it when non-technical marketers live in Airtable and need trustworthy spend-to-pipeline numbers next to their own planning columns, without learning SQL or waiting on an analyst.

How it works

A nightly schedule starts the sync. The flow queries BigQuery for spend and matched pipeline grouped by UTM campaign for the current quarter. A logic step computes derived metrics and maps each campaign to its Airtable record key. The flow then upserts rows into the campaign-tracker base — updating metric fields while leaving owner, status, and notes untouched — and creates rows for any new campaigns. A short confirmation summary of records updated is posted to Slack.
