Log Scored Webinar Attendees to Airtable Segments
After a Zoom webinar, records every attendee with their engagement score into an Airtable base and tags them into follow-up segments (engaged, partial.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerZoom webinar endedZoom
- ActionPull registrant list + participant reportZoom
- LogicScore and assign follow-up segment
- OutputUpsert rows to Airtable webinar baseAirtable
What it does
Builds a clean, scored attendance record in Airtable for each webinar. Every registrant becomes a row with their score, attendance status, and an assigned segment, giving marketing a durable, filterable view of who to nurture next.
When to use it
Reach for this when Airtable is your campaign source of truth and you want a per-webinar engagement log to drive nurture emails, list builds, and reporting without touching the CRM.
How it works
- 1The Zoom `webinar.ended` event triggers the run.
- 2Pull both the registrant list and the participant report so no-shows are captured alongside attendees.
- 3A scoring and segmentation step assigns each person a 0-100 score and a segment: `engaged`, `partial`, `no-show`, or `power-user`.
- 4Upsert each attendee as a row in the Airtable webinar base, keyed by email, recording score, minutes attended, polls answered, and segment.
- 5The segment field becomes the filter marketing uses to launch the right follow-up sequence.
Set it up
