  • ActionRead prospects from Airtable viewAirtableAirtable
  • ActionSearch Brave for podcast appearancesBraveBrave Search
  • LogicRank by recency, drop weak matches
  • OutputWrite appearances back to Airtable rowAirtableAirtable

What it does

It enriches an existing prospect list with podcast-appearance data. Pointed at an Airtable view of leads marked "needs enrichment," it searches Brave for each person's podcast guest spots and writes the most recent appearances back to the row, including show name, episode URL, and inferred topic.

When to use it

Reach for it when you have a pile of leads but no personalization angle. A recorded podcast appearance gives you concrete talking points and proves the prospect is reachable and vocal, which lifts reply rates on the first email.

How it works

  1. 1A schedule triggers a pass over the prospect base.
  2. 2The flow reads rows from the "needs enrichment" Airtable view.
  3. 3For each prospect, it queries Brave Search for podcast appearances by name plus company.
  4. 4A logic step ranks results by recency and discards weak matches.
  5. 5It writes the top appearances (show, episode link, date, topic) back to the Airtable row and flips the status to "enriched."
  6. 6Rows with no appearance found are tagged so reps know to use a different angle.
