LEAD GENERATION
Podcast Guest Appearance Finder for Warm Outreach
On a schedule, searches Brave for recent podcast appearances by people at your target accounts.

What it does
It watches for moments when a buyer at one of your target accounts shows up as a podcast guest. Every run, it queries Brave Search for fresh podcast appearances tied to your tracked names and companies, dedupes against what it has already seen, and writes a warm-signal note onto the matching person record in Attio.
When to use it
Use it when your reps do account-based outreach and want a non-generic opener. A prospect who just went on a podcast has publicly signaled what they care about right now, which is the perfect hook for a relevant first touch instead of a cold one.
How it works
- 1A schedule triggers the run (e.g. every morning).
- 2The flow pulls your list of tracked names and companies from Attio.
- 3For each, it queries Brave Search for recent podcast-appearance pages.
- 4A logic step filters out results already recorded and keeps only genuine episode pages.
- 5For each new appearance, it appends a warm-signal note (episode title, show, link, date) to the person in Attio.
- 6It outputs a short digest of new signals to the sales channel.
