Queue warm DMs from high-engagement Discord replies
Watches replies to your posts in a Discord channel, scores each replier by engagement signals, and queues the strongest prospects as warm-DM candidates in Airtable.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerNew message in tracked Discord channelDiscord
- LogicKeep only replies to your posts; drop your own messages
- LogicScore replier by reactions, length, and prior activity
- LogicPass only repliers above the engagement threshold
- OutputUpsert warm prospect into Airtable DM queueAirtable
What it does
Turns the people who actually engage with your community posts into a ranked outreach list. When someone replies to one of your messages in a tracked Discord channel, this workflow grabs the reply, measures how engaged that person is, and writes the warm prospects to an Airtable queue your team can DM.
When to use it
Use it when you run community-led growth on Discord and your best leads are hiding in reply threads you don't have time to read. Ideal for founders, devrel, and community managers who want to reach out while the conversation is still warm instead of scrolling history days later.
How it works
- 1A new message event fires in the watched Discord channel.
- 2A filter keeps only messages that are replies to one of your tracked posts and drops your own messages.
- 3An engagement score is computed from reaction count, reply length, and whether the author has posted before.
- 4A threshold gate passes only repliers above your score cutoff.
- 5The qualifying replier, their message, and the score are upserted into an Airtable "Warm DM Queue" table with status New.
