Snippet-Recovery Verification and Backlog Closeout
Re-checks Brave Search for keywords that were marked refreshed in Airtable, confirms whether the featured snippet was reclaimed.

- OutputPost a recovery-versus-escalation summary to SlackSlack
What it does
This workflow closes the loop on your refresh backlog. On a schedule it pulls the keywords your Airtable backlog marks as refreshed-and-pending-verification, re-queries Brave Search for each, and checks whether your domain has reclaimed the featured snippet. Recovered keywords are marked done; keywords still lost after a grace period are escalated for a second pass.
When to use it
Use it after writers have completed refreshes and you need objective proof the work actually recovered the snippet instead of assuming a published edit fixed it. Ideal for teams tracking refresh status in Airtable.
How it works
- 1A schedule triggers the verification run.
- 2The workflow reads pending-verification keywords from the Airtable backlog.
- 3It queries Brave Search for each keyword and reads the current snippet owner.
- 4A branch splits keywords into recovered versus still-lost-past-grace-period.
- 5Recovered keywords are updated to done in Airtable.
- 6Still-lost keywords are flagged for re-escalation, and a Slack summary reports recoveries versus escalations.
