Monthly Discord FAQ Pack Generator from Top Questions
Once a month, mines a month of Discord questions for the highest-volume topics, drafts polished FAQ entries for each using your Notion docs.

What it does
Converts a month of community questions into a publishable FAQ. It ranks the most-asked topics, writes clean question-and-answer entries grounded in your existing docs, and assembles them into one Notion page for editorial review.
When to use it
Use this when you want your public FAQ or onboarding docs to reflect what members actually struggle with, refreshed on a predictable monthly cadence instead of whenever someone remembers.
How it works
- 1A monthly scheduled trigger fires on the first of the month.
- 2The flow gathers the prior month of messages from your Discord question channels.
- 3An OpenAI step extracts and ranks the top recurring topics by volume.
- 4For each top topic, a Notion search pulls supporting passages from your knowledge base.
- 5A second OpenAI step drafts a clear FAQ entry per topic, grounded in those passages and flagged where no source was found.
- 6The assembled FAQ pack is published as a single Notion page tagged for review.
