How it runs

  • ActionFetch reacted message textDiscordDiscord
  • ActionRetrieve relevant KB passagesNotionNotion
  • ActionDraft grounded reply with citationsOpenAI
  • OutputDM draft to the reacting modDiscordDiscord

What it does

Gives mods a one-tap way to get a ready-to-send answer. React to any member question with your flag emoji and the workflow drafts a reply grounded in your real docs, then delivers it to the mod to edit and send.

When to use it

Use this when mods know the answer exists in your docs but writing it out each time is the bottleneck. It keeps a human in the loop while removing the blank-page tax on every reply.

How it works

  1. 1A Discord reaction-added event triggers the flow when a mod adds the configured flag emoji.
  2. 2The flow fetches the full text of the reacted message.
  3. 3A Notion search retrieves the most relevant knowledge-base passages for that question.
  4. 4An OpenAI step drafts a concise reply grounded only in the retrieved passages, citing which doc it used.
  5. 5The draft is sent to the reacting mod as a private Discord message so they can tweak and post it themselves.
