Daily Discord Emerging-Topic Cluster Digest
Each morning it clusters the prior day's Discord threads into emerging topics, ranks them by negative momentum, and delivers a ranked digest to the brand team in Microsoft Teams.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

- ActionCollect prior-day Discord messagesDiscord

- LogicRank clusters by negative momentum, drop noise
- OutputPost ranked digest to Microsoft TeamsMicrosoft Teams
What it does
Gives the brand team a single morning read on what the community is actually talking about. It gathers the previous day's Discord messages, uses an LLM to cluster them into named topics, measures how negative and how fast-growing each cluster is, and ships a ranked digest so the most dangerous conversations sit at the top.
When to use it
Use it when you want proactive situational awareness rather than per-message alerts. Good for community and brand leads who start the day wanting to know which two or three threads deserve attention before they escalate.
How it works
- 1A daily schedule kicks off the run each morning.
- 2The prior 24 hours of Discord messages are collected across watched channels.
- 3OpenAI clusters messages into emerging topics, names each, and scores sentiment plus growth rate.
- 4A logic step ranks clusters by negative momentum and drops noise below a floor.
- 5A formatted digest with the top topics, quotes, and trend arrows is posted to Microsoft Teams for the brand team.
Set it up
