What it does

Listens for feature-request-shaped messages in Discord and reconciles them against your Notion roadmap database. If the idea already exists it increments a request counter and appends the new quote; if it's novel it creates a fresh "candidate" row. The result is a living, demand-ranked backlog built from real community voice.

When to use it

When you want product prioritization grounded in how many people actually asked for something, not gut feel. Useful for PMs who keep their roadmap in Notion and want it fed automatically.

How it works

  1. 1A new Discord message triggers the flow.
  2. 2OpenAI decides whether the message is a feature request and, if so, extracts a normalized title.
  3. 3A logic step queries the Notion roadmap for a semantically matching existing item.
  4. 4If a match exists, the flow updates that Notion page's request count and appends the quote and author.
  5. 5If no match exists, it creates a new Notion candidate row tagged "from-community" with the original message linked.
