Weekly Batch: Cut Replay Clips from Dropbox Webinar Recordings
On a weekly schedule, this workflow scans a Dropbox folder for new webinar recordings, extracts highlight reels from each.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerWeekly schedule
- ActionList new recordings in Dropbox folderDropbox
- LogicFilter to unprocessed finished videos
- ActionSelect standout segments per recordingOpenAI
- ActionRender highlight reelsReplicate
- OutputWrite clips to dated Dropbox output folderDropbox
What it does
Processes a week's worth of webinar recordings in one pass. It looks for new video files dropped into a shared Dropbox folder, generates a highlight reel from each, and files the clips back into Dropbox so the content team starts Monday with a stocked clip library.
When to use it
Use this when recordings land in Dropbox from multiple presenters and you want a hands-off, batch-style pipeline rather than per-event automation. Good for agencies and teams that repurpose webinars on a weekly content cadence.
How it works
- 1A weekly schedule trigger kicks off the run.
- 2The flow lists new files in the source Dropbox folder since the last run.
- 3A filter drops anything that isn't a finished video or was already processed.
- 4For each recording, OpenAI selects the standout segments from the auto-generated transcript.
- 5Replicate renders the highlight reel for each video.
- 6The clips are written back to a dated Dropbox output folder, one subfolder per webinar.
