This workflow takes each new attendee, runs a web search on their company to recover the firmographic details that decide fit (industry, headcount band, official website), writes the enriched profile to Airtable, and pings sales in Slack the moment an attendee clearly matches your ICP so they can follow up while the booth conversation is still fresh.
