What it does

The deals you lose after a conference are usually the ones nobody followed up with fast enough. This workflow takes your cleaned, qualified attendee list, creates each person as a lead in Salesforce, and generates a tailored follow-up email draft in Gmail that references the specific event and the attendee's role — leaving every draft ready in the rep's outbox for a quick human review before sending.

When to use it

Run it the day after the event closes, once your attendee list is deduped and ICP-scored, when you want personalized outreach drafted at scale without reps writing each one from scratch.

How it works

  1. 1A manual run kicks off against the finalized qualified-attendee table in Airtable.
  2. 2For each attendee, a Salesforce step creates or updates the lead with event source and score.
  3. 3An OpenAI step drafts a personalized follow-up referencing the event, the booth topic, and the attendee's title.
  4. 4A logic step skips anyone missing a valid business email so no broken drafts are produced.
  5. 5A Gmail draft is created for each valid attendee, ready for the rep to review and send.
