LEAD GENERATION
Follow up on unanswered meeting requests and send reps a daily booking digest
Identifies leads contacted 48+ hours ago with no reply, sends a single gentle follow-up with a fresh slot.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerDaily mid-morning schedule
- ActionQuery Contacted leads with no 48h replyAirtable
- LogicSkip leads already followed up once
- ActionSend single follow-up with fresh slotGmail
- ActionAggregate per-rep booking countsAirtable
- OutputPost per-rep meeting digest to SlackSlack
What it does
Keeps the pipeline moving without nagging. It finds meeting requests that have gone unanswered for two days, sends one tactful follow-up offering a new slot, and gives every rep a Slack digest summarizing their booked meetings and which invites are still outstanding.
When to use it
Run daily during event week to recover stalled threads and give traveling reps a single source of truth each morning. Use it instead of manual inbox triage when outreach volume is too high to track by hand.
How it works
- 1A daily scheduled trigger starts the run mid-morning.
- 2It queries Airtable for leads in Contacted state with no reply for 48 or more hours.
- 3A branch caps follow-ups at one per lead so nobody gets spammed; already-followed-up leads are skipped.
- 4For eligible leads it checks the rep calendar for a fresh open slot and sends a short follow-up email.
- 5It aggregates each rep's Booked, Contacted, and Follow-up counts.
- 6A per-rep digest is posted to Slack listing confirmed meetings and still-open invites.
